Roughan & O’Donovan (ROD) has opened a new office in Northwood Court, Santry Demesne, Dublin 9.
The new 1,800 sq ft office in Northwood has space for up to 30 employees, who will work across the company’s transportation, bridges, environmental and buildings teams.
The opening coincides with the company’s recruitment of an additional 20 employees over the past 3 months, bringing overall staff to more than 180 people.
Harry Meighan, ROD’s managing director, described the new office as 'an investment for the future and one that facilitates the company's continuing organic growth.'
'The opening of a second office in Ireland had been planned for some time, and a regional office was considered. In the end, we opted for a second office in the Dublin area because that is where most of our principal Irish clients are located,' he added.
The Northwood office is located in the fastest growing part of Ireland and is ideal in terms of access to Dublin Airport, Dublin Port, the M50 and M1.
