We have advised on some of Ireland's largest infrastructural projects, with a combined value approaching €2 billion, under IEI, FIDIC, NEC, PWC and bespoke conditions of contract.
We were engaged by Dublin City Council on the Samuel Beckett Bridge project, where the construction contract was procured on a quality/price basis for the first time.
