I have worked as a road designer, both office and site based, for 29 years.

During that time, I have been involved in a wide variety of road schemes in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

I am glad of the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with new graduates.

For me, a good mentor-mentee relationship is a two way street; it requires time and commitment on the part of the mentor, and a willingness to do what it takes to become successful on the part of the mentee.
